Delicious Mixed Mushroom Quiche

Here’s another recipe for mushroom lovers!

INGREDIENTS:

10 g oyster mushroom

10 g white button mushroom

10 g crimini mushroom

1 pack Enokitake mushroom

salt and pepper

3 eggs

1 onion

2 cups milk/ heavy cream

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp garlic

pastry sheet

10 oz cheese

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a pan, heat / melt the butter

2. Saute onion and garlic first

3. Dice and coarsely chop the mushrooms

4. Add mushrooms to the pan and saute till brown

5. Add in salt and pepper into the mushrooms

6. In a bowl, whisk eggs

7. Mix thoroughly egg, cream and mushrooms together

8. Line a pan with pastry sheets

9. Pout prepared mixture into  pan

10. Bake at 300”C - 350”C for an hour
